江汉油田污泥调剖技术的试验研究

摘    要:针对江汉油田含油污水处理中产生的含油污泥如何处置和环境污染问题。提出将此污泥作为调剖剂用于调剖。室内对污泥调剖机理及污泥粒径、污泥含油量、污泥封堵侵入深度等影响因素进行了试验分析,优选了污泥注入速度、注入压力、注入量等参数。矿场试验共施工12井次,累计注入污泥2719m^3,累计增油6551t,降低无效排液量。7583m^3。表明污泥调剖技术值得推广应用。

Abstract:In consideration of the problems of how to handle the oily sludge in oily sewage treatment and its environmental pollutions in Jianghan Oilfield. It is proposed that profile control is conducted by using the sludge as a profile control agent. Laboratory study is carried out on the influencing factors of the sludge profile control mechanism, particle size of the sludge, content of the oily sludge, invasion depth of the sludge plugging. Parameters of the sludge injection velocity, its injection pressure and rate of its injection. Field test is conducted on 12 wells , of which accumulated injection of the sludge is 2719m3, accumulated oil increase is 6551 tons, reduction of inefficient displacement is 7583m3. It shows that the technique sludge profile control would be introduced in oilfields.
