锅炉MFT后联跳与不联跳汽轮机的对比分析

摘    要:分析了锅炉主燃料跳闸(MFT)后联跳和不联跳汽轮机工况、机组可能存在的安全问题,提出采用汽轮机低汽温保护替代锅炉MFT联跳汽轮机保护,实现停炉不停机.讨论了采用汽轮机低汽温保护方案需解决好的几方面问题:不同的MFT触发条件对锅炉重新启动的不同影响、如何充分利用锅炉蓄热、汽轮机低汽温保护条件的设置和相应的其他技术措施.并对其实际应用情况进行分析,提出汽轮机低汽温保护方案设计时应考虑及需进一步研究的问题.

Abstract:The condition of steam turbine in case of hipped and not tripped by boiler MFT were analyzed. In view of potential safety problems, the low steam warm protection was proposed to replace the boiler MFT protection so as to realize boiler MFT without the tripping of turbine. Several problems related to the application of low steam warm protection were discussed, such as the influence of different MFT tripping conditions on boiler startup; the effective utilization of boiler thermal storage capacity; the setting of u4pping conditions and corresponding technical measures. Based on the practical application, the problems to be considered and further studied in low steam temperature protection solution were presented.
