| 摘 要： | 非圆齿轮，特别是螺旋线形非圆齿轮的切齿加工，在没有专用机床的条件下是非常困难的。本文作者利用计算机设计螺旋非圆齿轮．为了在线切割机床上进行齿形加工，必须计算出非圆齿轮每个齿的渐开线齿廓坐标。本文根据齿轮的啮合原理，找出齿面法线与节圆交点与齿面之间的几何关系，利用这些关系计算出每个点的齿廓坐标，为线切割加工成非圆齿轮创造了加工依据。

| Abstract: | The machining noncircular gear teeth particular sprial noncircular gear teeth is very difficult.Author have used the computer and designed pair of spiral noncircular gears. In order to machine the profile of tooth on the cutting machine-tool,the coordinates of profile must be calculated. According to the theory of circular gears engaged, the geometry of intersection of the normal on tooth surface with the pitch circle was found. Then calculate the coordinates of tooth profile,and the coordinates provide the data for cutting the teeth by cutting machine-tool. |
