激光光斑的图像处理及边缘检测的改进

摘    要:为了更精准地检测激光光斑中心位置与半径,用Matlab对采集到的激光光斑图像进行仿真对比实验,根据每一步图像处理结果分析,选出最理想的方案进行图像后续处理。最后根据光斑边缘检测的效果,用LabVIEW做出曲线拟合与图像边界的认定,解决了圆拟合算法对二值化后的光斑图像边缘认定不准,半径计算不够精确等关键问题。实验结果表明改进后的中心定位法,切实可行,对激光发射机光斑半径及其他参数的检测提供了一种更为精确的手段。

Abstract:In order to detect the center position and radius of laser spot precisely,the collected laser spot images were simulated and compared with MATLAB. According to the result analysis of image process,the optimal scheme was selected for the following image processing. Finally,according to the effect of the spot edge detection,a fitting curve was drawn and the boundary of the fitting circle was decided with LabVIEW. It solves the key problems of circle fitting method after binaryzation,such as the edge decision of laser spot image,radius calculation. Experimental results show that the improved method is feasible,and can provide a more accurate method for the detection of laser spot radius and other parameters.
