摘    要:针对无轴承永磁薄片电机因相绕组出现短路故障,导致电机无法正常工作的问题,以六相单绕组无轴承永磁薄片电机为例,具体分析了相绕组出现短路故障时的短路电流,并提出基于定子电流重构原则的短路故障容错控制方法。该方法通过对非故障相定子电流加入悬浮力与转矩补偿,满足了电机稳定运行所需的悬浮力与转矩,并给出了各相绕组出现短路故障时的非故障相定子电流数学模型。在此基础上,通过对理论短路电流与仿真短路电流的对比分析以及短路故障状态下的悬浮力、转矩脉动的分析,验证了理论分析以及定子电流数学模型的正确性。最后,以齿1相绕组端部短路为例,通过实验验证了所提容错控制策略的正确性。
