| 摘 要： | 针对晶闸管浪涌电流试验采用半波10ms浪涌试验方式,提出连续多周波浪涌的试验方法,通过数学建模对试验方法进行仿真研究,同时与晶闸管样品浪涌试验结果进行分析对比,验证了通过晶闸管结温温升系列模型仿真计算来选择晶闸管阀的实际指导价值.从实际工程角度出发,给出晶闸管阀仿真和试验的方法,为晶闸管阀的选择和设计提供了试验结果支持.对华东500kV故障电流限制器示范工程用晶闸管阀进行结温温升仿真,及人工接地短路试验的结果分析,验证了6英寸晶闸管在故障电流限制器工程中应用的可靠性.
