| 摘 要： | 提出一种基于扩展Huber估计的迭代型支持向量回归算法.该方法将最小二乘支持向量机(1east squares support vector machine,LS-SVM)目标函数中残差的最小二乘估计用扩展的Huber估计代替,并且采用迭代算法求解,在整体上考虑了回归曲线的平滑性,有效地抑制了少数异常点的回归误差引起的残差污染,进而通过比较实测值与回归估计值之间的残差来识别测量数据中的异常值.同时还给出了基于该方法的数据检验及重构的流程与步骤.以某600MW机组为例,对主蒸汽温度进行了算例分析,结果表明该方法能够有效识别主蒸汽温度测量值中异常值,并可给出可靠的重构值,具有较好的稳健性能,而且迭代收敛较快,适合于工程上的在线应用.
