600MW超临界循环流化床锅炉炉膛气固流场的数值模拟

摘    要:利用Fluent软件对某600 MW超临界裤衩腿六分离器循环流化床锅炉炉膛的气固流场进行数值模拟研究.模拟采用双流体模型,分析炉膛颗粒浓度轴向分布,颗粒浓度与轴向速度的径向分布以及六分离器气同流率的不均匀性.结果表明:颗粒浓度的轴向分布呈稀密两相区分布;裤衩腿区内墙有较浓颗粒回流;稀相区颗粒呈双环核分布,中隔墙及前后墙回流明显;中隔墙边壁及间隙区颗粒浓度高于侧墙边壁浓度;悬吊屏屏间隔区域颗粒浓度比悬吊屏外侧区域颗粒浓度低;六分离器中中间位置固相颗粒质量流率高于两边位置,两边位置差别不大.

Abstract:The gas-solid flow of a 600 MW supercritical circulating fluidized bed boiler with pant leg and six cyclones was simulated using Fluent software.The two-fluid model(TFM) approach was carried out to represent the axial and radial distribution of particles,as well as the nonuniformity of the six cyclones.Results show that the solids suspension density along the furnace height is a dense-dilute two-phase distribution.A backflow of particles was observed on the interior wall in the pant leg region.There is a do...
