摘    要:冰雪等极端气象事件可影响电力系统运行,甚至破坏输变电设备.电力系统智能化调度决策和安伞防御体系需要预知气象事件,并对其影响做出量化评估.分析冰雪灾害侵袭电网的过稃特点,设计冰雪灾害下电力系统运行模拟程序框架,开发了初步的冰雪气象条件下电力系统运行的模拟程序.提出一种综合评价方法来评价气象事件对电网的影响,从稳定性、安全性和经济性3方面进行考虑,并采用层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process,AHP)对各层面的影响进行综合评估.将所述方法用十冰雪灾害侵袭电网的各个典型阶段的综合评估.仿真结果表明该方法可量化极端冰雪气象事件对电网影响的程度和趋势.
