H_2含量和湍流强度对典型烟煤合成气火焰结构影响的测量研究

摘    要:
针对典型烟煤合成气湍流预混火焰,利用平面激光诱导荧光技术测量燃烧中间产物OH自由基分布,研究H2含量和湍流强度对实际合成气火焰结构的影响。实验结果表明,H2对合成气火焰中OH生成具有正向促进作用,H2含量高的合成气在实际燃烧中更容易稳定着火,且燃烧速度更快,有利于合成气充分燃烧。湍流强度的增加使合成气火焰锋面的皱褶程度增大,且使火焰中OH自由基增多,强化了合成气燃烧。合成气湍流火焰的脉动特性受H2含量的影响不大,主要与湍流强度有关。

Abstract:
Effects of hydrogen fraction and turbulent intensity on the structure of premixed turbulent flame for typical coal gasification syngas were studied basing on OH-planar laser induced fluorescence(PLIF) images.The measurements indicate that hydrogen plays an important role in the formation of OH radicals.With the increase of hydrogen fraction,the concentration of OH radicals and the burning velocity both increase significantly,which is good for the ignition and combustion of syngas.As the turbulent intensity ...
