基于FPGA的高速大容量数据采集系统设计

摘    要:在利用超声波进行长距离输油管道无损检测过程中,检测系统需要对采集到的多通道高速、大容量数据进行实时存储。本文介绍了一种基于FPGA控制的超声信号实时采集系统设计,该系统能在脱离PC机CPU及总线方式下由FPGA直接控制IDE硬盘,实现对高速、大容量数据的实时存储,并在检测完成后可以通过上位机接口对硬盘进行离线访问分析。目前,在工程实践应用中,硬盘记录的平均速度可达到5 MB/s以上。

Abstract:In the non-destructive testing for long-distance pipeline using of ultrasonic,the detection system needs to store data which is multi-channel high-speed,large-capacity acquired in real time.This paper presents a real-time ultrasonic signal acquisition system designs,that can directly control IDE hard disk based on FPGA from the PC-CPU and bus,to achieve the high-speed,high-capacity data-storage,and through PC interface make offline data analysis in hard disk after testing completion.At present,in the engineering practice,IDE hard disk average speed has attained 5MB/s and above.
