杨梅红色素的提取研究

摘    要:本文研究了杨梅色素的树脂法提取工艺,通过5种树脂对杨梅红色素的吸附及不同洗脱剂对杨梅红色素解吸的比较研究,结果表明,HPD-100树脂对杨梅红色素具有较高的吸附量,用80%乙醇为洗脱剂得到的产品质量好,色价高,且树脂重复使用20次后吸附率仅降低3.86%。

Abstract:This article studied extracting and absorbing the red pigment of Mynica rubra Sied et Zucc with different resins. Thefive resins were compared. The results showed that HPD-100 resin had the best performance of absorbing the red pigment ofMynica rubra Sied et Zucc. In the course of desorbing the absorbed pigment 80% ethanol was optimal, HPD-100 resin wasselected during the experiment. After repeating 20 times, the absorption factor was only at a loss of 3.86%.
