基于PLC的内壁自动喷涂机控制系统设计

摘    要:设计了一种适合于圆形内表面喷涂的数控喷涂机的控制系统,采用PLC可编程序控制实现了对喷涂电流、电压、涂层温度等工艺参数实时监测和控制。该控制系统具有结构紧凑、运动灵活、占用空间少、工作可靠、节能、装卸料容易等优点,适用于小型圆形工件内壁喷涂生产。

Abstract:A kind of control system for numerical control spraying machine suitable for circular inner surface was designed,and the craft prarmeters such as current,voltage,coating temperture,etc.were real-time monitored and controled by programmable controller PLC.The control system has many advantages such as compact constructure,flexible moving,small space,credible working,energy-efficient,easy load and unload stuff,etc.,which is applied in spraying production for small type circular workpieces.
