等离子体废物处理技术的工业应用

摘    要:综述了等离子体技术在废物处理中的开发进展。它们包括用电感耦合高频等离子体炬分解氟里昂气体。用低压等离子体分解硅烷和NF3以及用放电等离子体处理汽车等的排入废气。最后介绍了等离子体电弧加热熔融垃圾灰的开发现状。

Abstract:The advances of plasma treatment on waste are reviewed.The decompo-sition of CFC by inductwely coupled rf plasm. Adecomposition of silane and NF3 by low pressure plasma and waste as treatment by non-thermal discharge plasma are discussed. Finally,the present status of melting of ash from incinerators by Plasma arc heating is introduced.
