悬浮填料倒置AAO工艺在南桥污水厂的应用

摘    要:在不增加占地的情况下,将上海南桥污水处理厂原常规活性污泥处理工艺改造为悬浮填料倒置AAO工艺,使之具有除磷脱氮功能,满足GB18918—2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》二级排放标准的指标要求。简介了设计进、出水质及去除率,具体列出了相关改造的缺氧厌氧池、好氧池、鼓风机房、回流污泥泵房、消毒剂设备间的设备设计参数,经实际运行,能满足出水水质要求。

Abstract:With the condition of no more land occupation,the original normal activated sludge process is replaced with the inverted AAO process in Shanghai Nanqiao Sewage Treatment Plant. The new process is of nitrogen and phosphorus removal function to meet with the Class Ⅱdischarge standard requirements from GB 18918—2002 Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant. The paper briefly introduces the designs of inflow and outflow quality and removal rate. Several design parameters are put forward including anaerobic tank,aerobic tank,blowers room,return sludge pumping room and equipments of disinfectant room,etc. The practical running is proved to arrive at the demand of outflow quality.
