热管式吸收器传热传质的实验研究

摘    要:在升温型吸收式热泵内对热管式吸收器的传热传质性能进行了实验研究,对不同规格的表面横纹槽热管和光管热管做了对比实验.发现采用热管直接导出吸收热具有较好的效果,并且表面带有横纹沟槽热管的传热膜系数约为光滑管的2~3倍,传质系数约为光滑管的2倍,为吸收式热泵吸收器的高效紧凑化研究提供了依据.

Abstract:Heat transfer characteristic of absorption heat pump in absorption heat pump was experimentally studied.Comparative experiments were conducted using the grooved pipe and the smooth pipe with different dimensions.The results showed that directly exporting absorption heat with heat pipe could get a good result.What is more,the film heat transfer coefficient of the grooved pipe was 2 to 3 times as much as that of smooth pipe,and the mass transfer coefficient was twice as much as that of smooth pipe.These results provided abasis for study on absorption heat pump with compact structure and high efficiency.
