| Abstract: | Based on the production experience and knowledge,the author explained how to increase the properties of gray irons by strictly controlling the metallurgical factors including the melting charge selection and the melting operation.Discussing how to improve the quality of cast irons by changing the graphite shape and matrix structure to further increase their properties,the author pro-posed to carry out a deep-going investigation on the crystallization process. |
