摘    要:介绍了一种新型耐(150~500)kVg压绝缘支撑杆复合材料的研制情况。这种绝缘支撑杆复合材料的树脂基体具有良好的工艺性能,其力学性能与进口树脂相当.采用合适的成型工艺,制成的复合材料具有优异的电气绝缘性能和力学性能,并能取代进口产品。

Abstract:A new type ofinsulating supporting pole composite with voltage resistance from 150 kV to 500kV was developed. The resin matrix ofinsulating supporting pole composite has good processing property and the mechanical properties of the cast are corresponding to those ofimport product. Excellent electric property and mechanical property of the insulating supporting pole composite can be got using proper processing parameters. The insulating supporting pole composite can substitute for the import product.
