摘    要:采用低毒、低挥发性的甲基丙烯酸高级酯作为主要单体,以异丙苯过氧化氢为氧化剂、硫脲衍生物/三乙胺为还原剂,制备了一种固化速度快、贮存稳定、粘接强度高的第2代丙烯酸酯胶粘剂。对胶粘剂的组分选择及影响胶粘剂性能的因素进行了讨论。

Abstract:A new second generation acrylic adhesive was made from higher alcohol acrylate with low toxicity and low volatility as the main monomer,CHPO as the oxidant and thiourea derivatives and triethyl amine as the reducing agents.The SGA adhesive had rapid curing,good storage stability and higher bonding strength.The component selection of adhesive and factors of influencing performance were discussed.
