促进剂用量对聚硫密封剂耐老化性能的影响研究

摘    要:通过对比150℃二老化前后聚硫密封剂拉伸强度和断裂伸长率的变化,分析了硫化促进剂AГM-9用量对聚硫密封剂耐老化性能的影响。试验结果表明,AГM-9用量在1.0份以下,聚硫密封剂老化性能随其用量的增加逐渐提高;用量在10份以上,老化性能随AГM-9用量的增加而逐渐下降。

Abstract:The change of tensile strength and elongation ofpolysulfide sealant was studied at 150℃. The relationship between AГM-9 dosage and aging properties of the sealant was discussed. The results showed that when the dosage of AГM-9 was under 1.0 phr, the higer the dosage of AГM-9, the better the aging properties. When the dosage of AГM- 9 exceed 1.0 phr, the higer the dosage of AГM-9, the worse the aging properties.
