摘    要:以机关办公建筑和大型公建能耗为主要研究对象,研究机关办公建筑和大型公建能耗的在线监管关键技术,为建筑节能监管工作提供科学手段和技术支撑。根据建筑能耗监管系统的基本要求并考虑到实际情况,基于浏览器/服务器(B/S)模式构建了系统的网络拓扑结构,重点讨论Flex应用编程、轻量级网络地理信息系统(Web-GIS)地图、能耗数据实时压缩和解压、能耗数据拆分、能耗支路异常诊断和能耗数据挖掘等若干系统实现的关键技术。开发省市级地区机关办公建筑和大型公建能耗监管平台,在线对数百栋建筑进行能耗监管。实践证明,利用文中关键技术用于构建建筑能耗监管系统是有效可行的。
