摘    要:采用模糊层次分析法(FAHP)确定质量功能配置(QFD)中客户需求的权重,建立了评价模型,将模糊一致矩阵引入层次分析中,通过建立模糊一致矩阵获得了接近实际的客户需求权重结果.最后以某企业所生产的车床的客户需求为例,验证了用FAHP法来确定QFD中客户需求权重的可行性.

Abstract:In this paper, the method of fuzzy analytical hierarchy process is used to confirm importance weight of requirements of the customer in QFD. Evaluation model is set up.In this paper, fuzzy consistent matrix is introduced to the analytic hierarchy process ,with which to obtain the importance weights of customer requirements close to practice. Finally, importance weight of requirements of the customer to the lathe in one enterprise as a practical example, satisfactory weight results prove that this method is very effective and feasible.
