| 摘 要： | 分析了城市环境容量的影响因素和城市环境容量的类型，研究了各因子容量之间的相互逻辑关系，提出了如何确定城市允许环境容量的因子与城市环境容量的饱和度概念，并建立了城市环境容量饱和度的计算公式，得到了确定环境控制因子的量化手段，并以此分析了城市环境与机动车拥有量的关系．

| Abstract: | The influential factors and the types of urban environmental capacity is analyzed; the logical relation of each of the factors is studied. The factors of limited environmental capacity in the city and the concept of saturation degree of urban environmental capacity are formed. The quantitative method of defining environmental control factors is received and the relation between urban environment and vehicle possessing quantity is analyzed. |
