| Abstract: | This thesis introduces the definition of communication power supply failure ,describes its serious effects and raises possible countermeasures concerning how to improve the preventive ability of communication power supply failure. It focuses on such respects as the construction of power supply system planning,engineering cleft grafting,inspection and maintainence on the basis of previous experiences of practical maintaining and power supply failure. |
