正弦型无刷直流电机主要尺寸的新算法

摘    要:采用表面粘接磁钢的正弦型无刷直流电机的气隙磁密通常为方波或梯形波,代表磁钢宽度的磁钢极弧系数可预先确定.本文推导了用磁钢极弧系数表示的电机主要尺寸新的计算公式,比传统的采用计算极弧系数和磁场波形系数的算法更简单、直观。

Abstract:sinusoidal brushless DC motor(SBDCM) with surface magnets always has a rectangular ortrapezoidal PM field in the air gap. The magnetic polearc,which stands for the width of PM,can be primarilydetermined so as to reduce the harmonics of air gapfield. In this paper,a novel approach to calculating themain size of SBDCM by the magnetic pole arc angle is derived,and it is direct and much simplier than the traditional one by both the calculating pole arc factor and thefield wave form factor.
