| Abstract: | Corruption after results from the lacking supervision o n the top leader in the party and the government. The paper points out the super vision on the top leader should be strengthened by means of completing election rules, canceling the nomination system, establishing the priciple of impeachment and dismissal;carrying out the direct lead, etc. it also puts forward the conc ret way to put the supervisions into practice. |
