| 摘 要： | WTO对社会的冲击是全方位的,是深层的,但其聚焦点应在从业人员的素质方面.而我国目前的从业人员素质状况无法适应或不能较好地适应这一形势.以提升成人的综合素质为目标的成人高等教育如何应对WTO所带来的冲击将是其今后改革与发展的着力点.以此为出发点,本文就未来一段时间内成人高等教育的发展趋势问题做了初步探讨.
