温成形杯形件组织性能研究

摘    要:为研究杯形件温成形后的组织性能,对某杯形件进行了温挤压-引伸实验,并对所得杯形件毛坯和原材料的金属流线、晶粒度、硬度和拉伸性能进行了测定和分析.结果表明:温成形可使杯形件晶粒细化和均匀化;采用温挤压-引伸工艺成形的杯形件毛坯金属流线完整,硬度和抗拉强度比原材料有大幅度提高,塑性略有降低;采用同样热处理工艺对温成形杯形件与原材料进行处理,杯形件的抗拉强度和塑性都比原材料略有提高.

Abstract:In order to study the microstructure and property of warm formed cup,experiment of warm extrusion and drawing was carried out for a cup,metal flow line,grain size,hardness and stretchability of the warm formed cup and raw material were measured and analyzed.Experimental results show that warm forming can make the cup's grain refinement and homogenization.Compared with raw material,the cup formed by the technology of warm forming has perfect metal flow lines and the body's hardness and tensile strength are greatly improved,but plasticity is decreased in some sort.When the warm formed cup and raw material are adopted the same heat-treatment,the cup's tensile strength and plasticity are appreciably higher than the raw material's.
