铸态耐磨锰钢碳化物的团球化SCIEI

摘    要:高碳耐磨锰钢中的针、网状碳化物经Mg系变质剂变质处理后,在铸态下转变成团球状,且大量弥散地分布于奥氏体中。冲击韧性得到显著的提高,硬度也稍有提高。使该钢种不经热处理即可铸态使用,同时耐磨性得到显著提高。

Abstract:The needle-like and network carbides in wear-resistant high carbon manganesesteel as-casted will be nodularized and dispersed. by a large majority, in austenite after modi-fication with Mg system agents. The impact toughness of the steels may be obviously improvedand the hardness also increased to a certain extent. And therefore it seems to be available whenthe steels are still as-casted, and no necessity of heat treatment may be often made to bettertheir wear resistance.
