摘    要:随着世界各国深层勘探力度的加大和深井、超深井数目的不断增多,对固井工艺和固井材料技术提出了更高的要求。论述了发展单井固井科技应建立的十个新观念,即提高固井质量是保护油气层的关键;固井基本水泥、特种水泥的多样化以及油井水泥外加剂多品种化是解决疑难固井的两套协同、渗透的手段;防止水泥石高温强度衰退的添加剂;采用油基钻井液打的井,必须将其清洗掉;水泥石的疲劳问题;防窜的新理论及措施;准确的自动密度控制和高比混合能是配制高品质水泥浆的两个关键因素;水泥浆的沉降稳定性;关于抗压强度与水泥环的封隔性能;煤层气开发,应特别关注完井技术。

Abstract:Ten new ideas have been concluded about the single well cementing, which are as following: improving the cementing qualities is the key to the protection of the oil-gas reservoir; the diversities of basic cements, special cements and cement additives are essential to the difficult and complicated well cementing; additives are used to pretect the decrease of the high temperature cement strength; the wells drilled with oil-based drilling fluid should be washed away residual oil; the question of cement's fatigue should be considered; the new theories and measurements should be developed to prevent cement channelling; automatic density control and high specific mixing energy are two key factors to the preparation of high quality cement slurry; the settling stability should be good; compression strength and shutoff quality of the cement sheath should be paid special attention; more care should be paid to the completion technology in the development of coal bed gas.
