摘    要:以氢氧化钾固碱工艺节能技改项目为研究对象,简述了固碱工艺节能技改方案,在此基础上从物质的危险特性、生产过程的危险性等方面对该项目可能存在的危险、有害因素进行了辨识,对新工艺的安全生产保障条件进行了分析。并从常规安全措施、自动控制和工艺联锁报警系统等方面提出有针对性的安全措施方案,以期达到提高氢氧化钾固碱工艺节能技改项目的本质安全化水平、减少事故的发生、确保安全发展的目的。并以此为范例,试图为其他同类企业的节能降耗、安全发展等方面提供参考和思路。
