| 摘 要： | 以梅山铁尾矿为原料,配以自制的胶结料,研制铁尾矿免烧免蒸砖.试验结果表明:将尾矿调整为合适的级配类型,在尾矿掺量为75%、自制JA-Ⅱ型胶结料掺量为18%、陶粒轻集料掺量为5%、JA1型外加剂掺量为2%、密度等级为2.0g/cm3、水固比为0.13条件下,制得的免烧免蒸砖抗压强度达24.89 MPa,且制品的其它性能满足GB5101-2003及GB6566-2001的要求.

| Abstract: | Research was conducted on making burning-and steam curing-free bricks with Meishan iron tailings as the raw material and the self-made cementing agent as the additive.The results show that a burning-and steam curing-free brick product with a compressive strength of 24.89 MPa and a density of 2.0 g/cm3 can be made at an appropriate size gradation,75% tailing content,18% self-made JAII cementing agent,5% lightweight ceramsite aggregates,2%JAI additive and a water-solid ratio of 0.13.The product also meets the requirements of GB5101-2003 and GB6566-2001 on its other performances respectively.. |
