定劳沙WSL new蛋白酶在羊毛低温染色中的应用

摘    要:选用定劳沙WSL new蛋白酶对羊毛进行处理后,再低温染色即可达到羊毛常规染色效果。试验采取两种途径:(1)定劳沙WSL new蛋白酶预处理羊毛然后染色两浴法;(2)定劳沙WSL new蛋白酶预处理羊毛和染色一浴法。结果表明,后者工艺简单易操作,同时也可保持羊毛柔软的手感,优点突出。

Abstract:Wool is pretreated with WSL new protease and then dyeing under low temperature. Two processes are carried out. one is that WSL new protease pre-treatment and dyeing in two bath, the other is in one bath. The results show that the latter process is simple, easy operating and maintaining the soft handle of the wool.
