液压闭式回路无动力补油的试验研究

摘    要:液压闭式回路的补油问题直接影响着闭式回路的性能,为了使系统更为可靠,一般采用动力补油的方法,在一定程度上确实能提高系统的性能,但是却增加了成本与系统的体积,本文采用了一种无动力补油的方法,并设计出了一种新型的补油阀,经过试验研究,其性能完全可以达到系统的性能要求,从而大大降低了系统的成本与体积。本文在试验的基础上,对该补油阀进行了静、动态特性分析,结论是该阀工作可靠、体积小,完全可以作为补油阀使用。

Abstract:The oil feed problem influences the hydraulic close circuit's performance directly.For keeping the reliability of the system,the problem can be solved by using another pump to supply oil,but it increases the system's cost and volume.A new method was adopted which didn't use another pump,and a new oil supply valve was designed.Experimental research shows that new method can meet the require of oil supply,so the system's volume is reduced and the cost is lowered.The designed oil supply valve's static and dynamic characteristic was analyzed based on the experimental research,it is showed that this valve is small and work reliably.
