| 摘 要： | 本文分析了椭球反射镜膜层厚度均匀性对反射率的影响,从理论上得到膜厚计算公式。根据计算的膜厚分布设计了遮蔽板,获得较好的反射特性。

| Abstract: | The effects of the coating thichness uniformities for the ellipsoidal mirror on thereflectance are analysed in the paper. The calculting formula for coating thickness of ellip-soidal mirror is obtained in theory. The mask plate has been designed in terms of the calculat-ing coating thichness distribution and good reflecting property has been obtained. |
