感应加热工件表面温度微机检测法

摘    要:给出微机与红外测温仪组成的感应加热工件表面温度智能测试系统。详细论证了感应加热过程中被测温度信号特点及相应处理算法,并进行对照实验。结果表明,采用感应加热工件表面温度微机测试系统,能成倍提高温度测量精度。

Abstract:An induction heating temperature measuring system is put forward in this paper,which consists of an infrared radiation pyrometer and an industrial personal computer(IPC).The feature of the temperature signal in induction heating is investigated deeply and the feasible signal processing algorithm is obtained accordingly.The effectiveness of the algorithm on the measurement is tested by experiments.The improvement on the accuracy of the temperature measurement by the maasuring system is showed obviously.
