| 摘 要： | 与传统的发展观不同，阿马蒂亚·森将发展看作是“扩展人们享有的真实自由的一个过程”，认为自由不仅是发展的首要目的，还是促进发展的必要手段。森的发展观重构了经济学的伦理基础，以人为本，重视人的“实质自由”的实现。但是，森却忽略了全球化问题，对“不自由”深层原因的探讨也有所欠缺。

| Abstract: | Differing from traditional development view, Amartya Sen thinks that ＂development can be seen as a process of expanding the real freedoms that people enjoy.＂ He believes that freedoms are not only the primary ends of the development, but also principal means to promote development. Sen reconstructs the ethical basis of economics emphasizes the person＇s substantive freedom and humanity. However, Sen has almost no discussion of globalization and the underlying causes of unfreedom. |
