能源消耗、污染排放与行业增加值——基于工业行业数据研究

摘    要:本文基于数据可获得性,采用面板数据模型对各工业行业能源消耗、污染排放与增加值之间的协整关系进行分析,以探索它们之间的长短期均衡关系,并分析各行业的差异性。研究结果表明,长期来看,能源消耗与污染排放量存在显著正相关,工业行业经济发展与污染排放之间存在EKC假说,但各个行业并不都符合EKC假说。从短期来看,行业增加值与污染排放的非线性未能获得支持,并据此提出了相关政策建议。

Energy Consumption,Pollution Emissions and Industrial Value-added Based on the Research of Industrial Sectors

Abstract:Based on the availability of data,the paper investigates the cointegration relationship among energy consumption,pollution emissions and Value-added for industrial sectors, explores their equilibrium in long-run and short- run and the differences of various industrial sectors.The empirical findings suggest that in the long-run equilibrium,energy consumption has a positive and statistically significant impact on pollution emissions whereas an a non-linear relationship is found between pollution emissions and Value-added, consistent with the environmental Kuznets curve, but all industries are not consistent with the EKC hypothesis. The short-run dynamics conveys that the nonlinear of Industrial Value-added and pollution emissions is failed to get support. Lastly, the paper proposes some relevant policies.
