| 摘 要： | 针对秀山县锰矿开采长期存在的一些问题，以重庆市人大常委会颁布的《秀山土家族苗族自治县锰矿资源管理条例》为依据严格管理，采取了一系列措施，改善了地区投资环境，并对矿山治理中的几个难题进行了探讨，提出了解决方案。

| Abstract: | This article aims at some problems of exploiting Mn-ore, according to the paper on the Regulations of Resources Management of Mn-ore of Xiushan Tujia Nationality and Miao Nationality Autonomic County. He suggests a strict management in a series of measures to improve the investment environment. The author also discusses about some difficult problems and the ways to deal with the mines. |
