| 摘 要： | 基于安徽省城镇民用建筑面积及能耗现状调查分析、合肥市大型公共建筑能耗现状及发展分析的调查结果,论述了合肥市既有建筑节能改造的重要性和紧迫性,同时分析了在合肥市开展既有建筑节能改造工作存在的难点,并对如何突破难点做出了定性的分析。既有建筑节能改造需要以公共建筑为重点,尤其要以大型公共建筑为突破口。拟定了合肥市既有建筑节能改造工作的内容及其步骤,即节能诊断、节能改造方案的确定、节能改造方案的实施和节能改造后的评估。
