天然气管道杂散电流排流效果评定实例

摘    要:杂散电流是指在管道周围土壤环境中漫流的一种大小、方向都不固定的电流,这种电流对金属管道的腐蚀称为杂散电流腐蚀,属于电解腐蚀范畴。杂散电流在管道中的流动会加速管道的腐蚀,对管道的安全性产生极大的影响。有杂散电流干扰的管道中,需要对管道实施排流保护,排除管道中的杂散电流。而杂散电流的排流工程是否合理充分,则需要应用相应的检测手段来测定。本文是在已经采取杂散电流排流保护的管道上,通过测量管道上的阴保电位、交流电压和交流电密度来判定管道的杂散电流排流情况。

Abstract:Stray current refers to a size, direction of flow in the soil around the pipeline in the current environment is not fixed, the corrosion of the metal pipeline this current is known as the stray current corrosion, which belongs to the category of electrolytic corrosion. The flow of stray current in the pipe can accelerate the corrosion of pipeline, greatly influence the safety of pipeline. Pipeline stray current interference, the need to implement drainage protection of pipeline, excluding the stray current. The stray current drainage engineering is reasonable enough, you need to apply a corresponding detection method to determine. This paper is in the pipeline stray current has taken discharging protection, by measuring the pipeline cathodic protection potential, the AC voltage and current density to determine the stray current drainage conditions.
