摘    要:采用热分解法制备Ti基(Ru,Ti)氧化物涂层,通过金相显微镜、XRD、电化学工作站等测试手段对样品的性能和结构进行表征,结果表明:Ti基电极所对应的最佳热分解温度为430℃,在此温度下Ti基电极表面涂层裂纹板块最小,比表面积最大,其电催化析氯性能最好;Ti基电极氧化物涂层主要为金红石型物相结构.在430℃下热分解,可以提高Ti基电极表面涂层的活性,起到降低析氯电位和节能降耗的目的.

Preparation and Properties of Oxide Coated Titanium Electrodes

Abstract:(Ru-Ti)Oxide coatings on a Titanium substrate are prepared by thermal decomposition method.The morphologies and phase constitutions of the coatings are then characterized by the metallographic microscope and XRD,and their electrochemical properties are also evaluated.The results show that the titanium anode prepared at 430℃has the smallest cracks and the best electrocatalytic properties.The anode coating is mainly composed of rutile phases.Thermal decomposition at 430℃ can reduce the potential of chlorine evolution and improve the current efficiency of the anode coatings effectively.
