| 摘 要： | 洪水预报是确保水库防洪功能有效发挥的关键,根据泽雅实测水文资料,采用原型单位线进行洪水预报进行推求.在历史资料不全与上游没有流量实测站的前提下,确保温州城区正常的供水及减少水库下游水患灾害,有计划地开展水库调度工作.为今后的防洪调度做好预报提供依据,充分发挥水库应有的效益.

| Abstract: | The flood forecasting can guarantees the flood preventing function of the reservoir effectively,which is supposed to be the key aspect of the reservoir.The article displays the flood forecasting inquiring to carry out flood prevention dispatch comprehensively according to the actual hydrological data of Zeya Reservoir by prototype unit hydrograph,even without the historical materials of the upstream,so as to ensure normal water supply for Wenzhou city,therefore to reduce flood disaster in downstream area. |
