高纯硅溶胶制备及在加氢精制催化剂中的应用

摘    要:以市售硅溶胶为晶种,水玻璃为原料,采用离子交换及络合除杂等方法,制备了粒径为20~24 nm、质量分数为40%的高纯硅溶胶。分析了硅溶胶制备过程中的主要影响因素,即晶种浓度、反应过程pH、除杂过程络合剂选型。通过透射电镜(TEM)、纳米激光粒度仪、比表面积测试(BET)等方法对制备的高纯硅溶胶进行了分析。实验结果证明了该制备工艺的可行性。测试了制备的高纯硅溶胶在加氢精制催化剂中的应用效果。

Abstract:With commercially available silica sol as the crystal seed and sodium silicate as raw material,a high-purity silica sol with 20~24 nm in particle size and with 40% in mass fraction was prepared by ion exchange and complexing purification method.The main influencing factors,such as seed concentration,reaction pH,and impurity removal,in the preparation pro- cess of silica sol were analyzed.The prepared product was analyzed by transmission electron microscope(TEM),nano zetasizer, and BET.The experimental results proved the feasibility of the process,and their application effect in hydrofining catalysts was also tested.
