摘    要:质量特性参数是直接影响导弹飞行轨迹和飞行姿态的重要参数,决定了导弹精确打击目标的成败。安装在导弹内部的各弹载电子设备的质量特性参数直接影响整弹的质量特性参数。因此对弹载电子设备的质量、质心和质偏等质量特性参数进行设计是非常重要且必需的。文章从前期方案入手,通过功能模块合理划分,材料合理选用,质量、质心分配,线缆走向要求等阐述了某弹载电子设备质量、质心和质偏的设计过程。

Abstract:Mass parameters are important factors directly influencing the flight track and attitude of missiles, and thus determine whether the missiles can realize precision strike successfully. The mass parameters of the whole missile are directly dependent on the mass parameters of various electronic equipment installed inside the missiles. Therefore, it is very important and indispensable to design the mass, centroid and centroidal deviation for the missile-borne equipment. This paper illustrates the design process of the mass, centroid and centroidal deviation for a missile-borne equipment through modular function reasonable division, material reasonable selection, mass and centroid allotment, and cable alignment request.
