反光材料用不黄变聚氨酯弹性体的研制

摘    要:对反光材料用不黄变聚氨酯弹性体原材料进行了选择,探索了最佳合成工艺。采用相对分子质量为2000的聚己二酸己二醇酯,以l,4-丁二醇为扩链剂(质量分数为0.83%),与HDI通过一步法反应,反应温度为80℃,R值取1.03,催化剂用量为聚酯质量的0.20%~0.25%,合成不黄变聚氨酯弹性体所得产品具有较佳力学性能,黄变等级达4.8,可满足反光材料领域应用需求。

Abstract:The choice of raw materials of non-yellowing polyurethane elastomer for reflector material was carried out. The optimal synthesis process was explored. The non-yellowing polyurethane elastomer was synthesized by poly(hexamethylene adipate) with relative molecular mass of 2000, reacting with hexamethylene diisocyanate(HDI) by one-step method with 1,4- butanediol as chain extender(mass fraction of 8.43%) at the reaction temperature of 80℃, under R value of 1.03, catalyst mass fraction of 0.20%~0.25%(based on polyester mass). The obtained product possesses the better mechanical properties, yellow- ing grade of 4.8, and can meet the application requirement in reflector material field.
