基于PXI的某红外电子部件自动测试系统

摘    要:某红外电子部件是某红外跟踪系统的关键部件。为了提高该部件的测试精度和效率,设计了一种基于PXI的红外电子部件自动测试系统。该自动测试系统采用虚拟仪器技术,硬件平台基于PXI工控机系统,软件系统以Labview为开发平台,通过设计外围接口电路、优化软件流程,最终满足了该红外电子部件自动测试的需求。实践表明,该自动测试系统的测试精度和效率都优于传统手动测试模式,能够明显提高生产效率。

Abstract:The infrared electronic unit plays a key part in a infrared tracking system. In order to improve the test precision and efficiency of this electronic unit,a automatic test system is designed based on PXI.
