电力市场下火电厂机组检修计划的研究

摘    要:首先分析了传统的统一调度下和电力市场下火电机组检修的不同要求,在此基础上提出了电力市场下火电机组“自组合”检修计划的新方法,其数学模型采用了包括检修费用损失,电价收益损失及风险损失之和为最小的目标函数,其中风险损失由发电量不足风险概率指标转化而来,文中详细阐述了发电厂可用容量和发电量任务的概率模型,比较了计入可靠性两种情况下检修计划安排的不同,结合算法进行仿真,结果表明所提出的新检修计划方法能适应电力市场的要求。

Abstract:This paper first analyzes the different requirements for the thermal generation unit maintenance scheduling under the traditional central dispatch and electricity market. Then a novel mathematical model of the thermal generation unit self-maintenance scheduling suitable for electricity market is presented. Its optimal function is the minimum losses of maintenance costs, generation revenues and generation risk, in which the generation risk is measured by loss of generation probability (LOGP) index. Its solution method involves probability model of available generation capability and generation task, considering the ever-changing electricity price. Moreover, this method can avoid the adverse effect on the plants, which emerges in traditional methods hardly to count in the plants' profits. In the meanwhile, security of the whole power system is taken into account. A satisfactory simulation result is further reached and shows the proposed method could be suitable for the electricity market.
