| Abstract: | In this paper, the significance, characteristics and key points of attention in the implementation of the "Rules for the Acceptance of Construction Quality of Unit Engineerings of Small and Medium-sized Water Conservancy and Hydropower Projects " issued by Jiangxi Provincial Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau in July 2017 were expounded. For the water administrative departments at all levels, quality supervision agencies, water conservancy construction project legal person, design, construction, supervision, quality inspection and other units of quality management personnel reference. |
