淀粉/炭黑/SBR复合材料的性能研究

摘    要:采用直接共混法制备淀粉/炭黑/SBR复合材料,并对其性能进行研究.结果表明,随着淀粉用量的增大,淀粉/炭黑/SBR复合材料的邵尔A型硬度、300%定伸应力和拉伸强度减小,拉断伸长率、拉断永久变形和阿克隆磨耗量增大,撕裂强度先增大后减小,滚动阻力和生热总体呈降低趋势,抗湿滑性能提高.

Abstract:A starch/carbon black/SBR composite was prepared by direct mixing technique,and its properties were investigated. The results showed that,as the addition level of starch increased, the Shore A hardness,modulus at 300% elongation and tensile strength of the starch/carbon black/SBR composite decreased,the elongation at break, tensile set at break and Akron abrasion loss increased, the tear strength increased at first and then decreased, the rolling resistance and heat build-up decreased,and the wet skid resistance increased.
